    Just my 2 cents here are you able to isolate everything on your network? get everything else disconnected on your network and hardwire your system also stop torrents, downloads and uploads etc then check again And I'm not sure what type of internet connection you're using, but I know ADSL and VDSL can wigg the fugg out due to it's copper nature, causing massive ping spikes etc

    Welcome to Australia, I'm with Telstra, while the most greedy telco it's the only one that actually update their backup so no congestion happens. A$120 per month, for 1TB of Data (Yes, Data caps) and this is on nbn, fastest I can get since it's using FTTN VDSL2 and I'm the furtherest person away from it, pretty neat Also drops out whenever it feels like it
