Just get the chapest one. There is no point in spending money on factory oc. The 1070 is voltage locked, so you can safely play around with the clocks. Just don't get the founders edition... Ugh stock cooler *shudders*

Gtx 660, 1440x900... It's safe to assume that his cpu is mediocre as well. Therefore a gtx 1070 is a waste of money. Tell us more about his pc, at least what the cpu is.
