If you have a full Windows license you shouldn't need to do anything to get it to reactivate especially if you use a Microsoft account.  You'd just need to remove the old computer from your Microsoft account and disconnect it.

I would run sysprep to make sure that all the old drivers are gone before moving your HDD over.
 
Beyond that, it should all be plug and play.

That's what I'm hoping, I'm really excited though because of how much of an improvement it is over my fx-8120. This thing can barely hold 3.1 gigahertz. I have managed to push it a little further but I think I might have gotten a really bad CPU. Regardless, because of how cheap it is to upgrade to ryzen instead of Intel I was able to sneak in an SSD so I'm quite excited

I can see no reason why you cannot use that RAM with that setup.
 

I'm in Canada the lowest I've seen for 16 gigs is $140 at least on Amazon and Newegg
