i didn't overclock it no. all i did was reinstall my ram because the cover on the ram was lose (the metal side cover for looks and stuff) and now it's doing this when i game. it wasn't doing this before

The fans are in the standard places where case fans should be installed. They running at default as well.

I started hearing a slight whistle noise coming from my PC a few seconds after it boots up now. I dont believe its a coil whine, or the cpu fan. I have only had my gpu a few months and my cpu cooler for a fee months as well. I have had my power supply for about 3 years maybe longer. Is it the power supply most likely? What should I do. I havent used my pc since cause I dont wanna ruin my build with a faulty power supply.

So recently I found this: 3.00GHz E5450 Quad Core QC Intel Xeon Processor SLBBM SLANQ And i was very interested to see if I could make a budget little gaming pc with this CPU. Does anyone know a mobo that supports this? And one with a PCI slot for a budget gpu? Id like to see what I can do, any advice or tips?

I have a budget of about 135$ Im looking for a Cherry mx blue keyboard with a good quality, no gimmicks, and back lighting, id like rgb, but can live without. What are some options for me? Btw ive heard Razer is just a brand name people buy, not the best quality ive heard.
