    670 is old but still works, it actually is about the same power of a RX 460 which is not gonna be great for modern games. Just save up and get a 7 or a 9 series gpu.

    Opening a PSU is dangerous and can possibly kill you so you should be careful.

    The rx 580 is literally almost the same price of a 570 if you can find one in stock they go for $200 That's probably all you need. If that's not enough you can just run two in crossfire which should be enough to run that game.

    Since the Hitachi HTS725032A9A364 appears to be an aged 7200RPM hard drive, I would suggest that you invest $50 towards a SanDisk SSD PLUS 120GB as a boot drive. You will see a giant improvement in speed when using this computer. If you need more storage, you can use the Hitachi as a data drive.
