  1. Oh I got some grrrrreat alligator clips, like break skin strong. I think I need longer, wider plastic insulated flappy things on the ends.
  2. I want to know the ages of everyone involved.
  3. His 6000sq.ft. warehouse aint cheap whether he is renting ($25+/sq.ft. per year) or bought it (mortgaged at I am assuming close to $1M) plus the salaries of all his employee's, utilities, and the list goes on.
  4. Just toasted another set. 12V vehicle air tire pump using Dewalt battery from drill. Metal parts touched and burning plastic. Are there any other design of these alligator clip cables that are better or does everyone just tape them up.
  5. Its a straight up tax write off, very good business sense, VERY GOOOOOD! How do they spend money on that channel? All the making of the video gear is already paid for. So you are saying they buy the RC toys rather then get comped for them. I guess the salaries of the guests would have to be accounted for. Plus take into account the time his employees/guests whatever spend on the silly CSF videos when their time could be spent in a more profitable manner. Could also be a customer acquisition tool.
  6. Yes I see it now. Look I am old and my eye sight is going ok. Though I must admit I cheated, I had to use the search function for my browser on each of the 2 or 3 pages.
  7. I dont see that statement anywhere, including https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe I just cant see it. Oh here it is https://www.aida64.com/online-store
  8. How long is their trial version? https://www.aida64.com/online-store
  9. "Bowling with cars" should have been done with slightly larger and faster trucks. Plus the steering sensitivity should have been lessened. The cars they used were too small.
  10. I should have worded the title better, by discount I meant not give it enough credit. Why do people not give 4th gen CPU's enough credit when the performance to a 6th gen isnt that much, plus the price aspect I will change the title, see if it fits.
  11. Yes I am talking used guys, sorry about that. I just feel dejected that I didnt buy this one deal on ebay, Lenovo SFF i7-4770 500GB wiped 4GB the last time I saw the ad there was 40 minutes left and it was at $200. But who knows it could have sold much higher in the last minutes. I am pissed I didnt click on Watch it. Oh well so be it.
  12. Yes you make a valid point there with the mobo. I just checked on ebay for i7-4770 cpu's and they are $200cdn, while you can find a complete system from Dell or Lenovo finding a score for $250 or $300. Upgrade pathways and what you already got play a factor. But strictly speaking CPU price, 4th gen is good in my eyes.
  13. I mean a i7 6th is like $400cdn (non K) from newegg and yet you can pick up a i7 4th gen for half that, and the performance is so close.
  14. Well an i7-4770 Lenovo SFF 500GB and 4GB went for $200 last time I checked, an hour before the sale ended. So I dont know how much it sold for, it just slipped my mind, I should have added it tot he Watch List. I was thinking I would max out at $250, real value is $320cdn.
  15. Probably Mars or Venus depending on gender if one is identified.
  16. You should have just ordered tap/fountain water, its free. I feel your pain, I went to a bar and ordered a meal and asked for a refill pop and they charged me $1 for the refill of pop. I wont be going back there again. The pop itself was $3 or $4, and costs the establishment a dime or two. However there are times when you order the special they will charge you full price for a refill pop. Like $5 steak sandwich days at the bar. What they really want is booze sales, that is where they make all their profit. @AniJan - Also please realize that some like to always be right even if they are wrong, they got to be right in their own mind. You realize this when you know facts about one thing and they misrepresent it (lie) but spew other facts to make themselves look like they know what they are talking about. When in reality you have no clue whether they are right or wrong on those other facts. But since you know the sky is blue, and they said its yellow, well then disregard everything they say in that topic of convo. Its harder to see sometimes because they spew a lot of stuff, its called Verbal Diarrhea. They may be correct in other topics of convo. Your brother has issue's because he should have just ordered you the pop. But know this, you both play the game. Its a give and take situation. I remember reading your other posts about your parents too. Its called Enabling and Co-Dependancy. That is the game you all play.
  17. i7-920 to a Xeon X56yy either X5672,67,47,40 for $60 or X5677,87 for $100 all 4 core. Havent priced out 6 cores yet. 6 cores X5680 $150, 79,75 $125, 70 is $100 60 is $80. So I would want to do tests on the i7-920, sell it, buy Xeon 4 core, test, sell it, Xeon 6 core, test, keep or sell and buy whats best. Do tests the mimic MY real world usage.
  18. Those websites would be listing stock i7-920 not even overclocked compared to a stock i5-4570. I wonder how the benchmarks would be when the i7-920 is overclocked. This is why I want a real world test. Yes it says on every benchmark, but whats relative compared to the spread? 3D Particle Movement: MultiThreaded Score (Higher is Better) 484.41 383 ^difference of 100 pts, so its what? 20% = (100/500) difference, this is a linear correlation to perforance then, that is what you are saying? 19. I use CPUsuerbenchmark - http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/ For anandtech what benchmark(s) am I looking at? The thing is I have no clue whats close and whats miles away or whats overseas with all the #'s. Picture - Which Xeon is a closer fit to X56yy? Below - This would be a closer fit I think. 20. Well I think graphics will be a no go because I can put a graphics card in either. I have seen LTT do the AIDA64 test, if that is recommended for a stress test to test out my CPU's then I will look into that. Would you have a link for me to download AIDA64 and give it a go. Like I said I have never done any benchmarking before. This it? https://www.aida64.com/products/aida64-extreme
