  1. I tired that before results are the same, from one form the mentioned that that method does not really clear all the BIOs proply before flashing, which cuases alto of issues.
  2. Hi guys, I have an AB350G3 from gigabyte, and I noticed a few bugs with my bios. Hereis a list of some of those bugs, 1. Seting a custom fan curve for all system fans causes an overclock to be unstable but is ok when set to normal mode 2. Setting RTT PARK to RQZ/4 causes the SoC voltage to be set at 1.26v I herd from another forum that you can flash a BIOS with AMI Firmawre Update Utility with the following paramiters Afuefix64 name_bios.cap /P /B /N /K /X /CLRCFG I have made a usb bootable to use this tool but I keep getting error 46 - Error: problem getting flash information. Dipite using the BIOS from the Gigabyte website. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
  3. Try setting your procODT between 60 and 80 and see if that helps.
  4. My expericance on Ryzen has not been smooth. I managed to get 3200Mhz runnig fine. I looked on other forums about the same issue and nearly everyone has there ram voltage set higher than stock, just to get 3200Mhz working. Even after the AGESA update, For me my RAM is rated at 1.35v but I got it running at 1.38v. I have also increased ProcODT, as that also has a big diffrence on higher ram frequencys. According to AMD it should not be set to any higher than 80. I had to change it from Auto becuase it was not using the right setting.
  5. Thats not a problem I did thought it could be some kind of power delivery issue. Thanks for letting me know what your thought are on the matter.
  6. I only gone without antivirus software for about 1 week, I decided to make this move because I knew it were possible for me to do so, as I don't browse web pages that definitely compromise your pc. What I did before making this decision? I had been using bitdefender free edition for since it was in beta stage for windows 10, before that I was on avira free anti virus for some time like two - six years alternating with avira and bitdefender when I was on windows 8.1 and earlier. I would often look at these results from two companies to influence which antivirus I should use. These are: https://www.av-comparatives.org/ https://www.av-test.org/en/ Was my transition away from anti virus because I thought they impact system performance? Simple answer is no, because the one's I have used are hardly resource hogs, but I do think it depends on the antivirus program you use, can have an impact on system performance. I herd in many forums on the internet and from those I personally know who use kaspersky's paid anti virus suffer from poor system performance. The real reason why I moved away from antivirus programs was that, I believe that I'm computer savvy enough to go without one. However I do have security software installed such as anti-malware bytes, and yes I know it won't pick up hardly any viruses. I also plan to use bitdefender online scanner once in a while just to make sure that there is nothing lurking around. I'm also thinking about installing WoT in my browser so if a friend directs me to a link to some thing, then I will know if it's safe or not.

No CPU fan spin nor HDD spinup. Here are the list of things I have tried. Removed battery for 30 sec (this worked for a while but now does not seem to solve it now) Removed battery and held down the power button for for 30sec (Same results as above) Power adapter had been replaced recently. The was a fault with the internal jack as the pin in the middle was loose, but also it has been replaced recently. Other troubleshooting methods I have tried Removed battery left power cord in to see if it would power on.... The results would not power on without the battery. However the other thing I would like to mention is that apparently when they leave it for some time, like 3 - 4 days, they switch it on and it starts working fine. If there is any other information you would like to know please ask and I will respond, thanks in advance for your support.
  8. I post them here so that anyone looking for profiles for tasker. The benefits of these profiles that I made don't require any additional plugins for tasker. I will say these were 98% made by me as there are some parts of the profile, I got from xda and other areas. I also manipulated it to fit for my needs. But feel free to tweak these to how you like it. The only one that is an exception is my battery low profile which I created myself 100% since it's basic. Have fun Auto_Internet.prj.xml Day_Nightmode.prj.xml Batterylow.prj.xml
  9. HI, I know this post is a bit old, but. I am willing to share my profiles if you're intreasted? I mainly use tasker to: Enable WIFI/DATA whenever an app requires internet access, it also has a grace period if your switch to another app that also requires an internet connection. Plus it also considers the download transfer rate and if it is high, it will keep the WIFI/DATA on. I also have a profile that switches my phone off if the battery falls below 21%, to get maximum battery life and improve the health of the battery.
  10. " Apple is to put up the price it charges for apps in the UK, India and Turkey" In the UK there will be a 25% increase, which I think isn't to bad, but what are your thoughts on this? do you think it's a good move? Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-38650296
  11. If it were to become popular the downside is that the mobile providers could find a way to slam down on this in some way.
  12. If you are looking for a the best free antivirus program you should check out these two websites. https://www.av-comparatives.org/ and https://www.av-test.org/en/ From my experience, Avira and bitdefender free antivirus software are normally the two with the best detection rates. I have been using bitdefender and never had a virus for over 2 years. I know that Avira has nag screens but they can be disabled if you know how to do it with, the local security policy editor.
  13. I have no idea why people recommend Avast it's not exactly the greatest, I have used I remember once on my first computer about 11 years ago I installed avast and the whole system just wouldn't boot. I suddenly thought that Avast must of detected windows as a virus lol. Jokes aside I was always told running two antivirus programs is a bad idea, as they can conflict with each other
