    The psu is on and i added some photos (the graphics cad has been fingered quite a bit though could that be the problem

    Hey guys i am a technical nob and this is the second pc ive built,i built this pc for my friend as he needed some help but after plugging everything in it will not start,any help is appriciated as i might have frogot a wire or something (i will add photos when my phone lets me Also just found out that the graphics card was touched quite a bit on the sensitive bits (i dont know the term) )

    i have checked the usb and it has a disk image file labled en_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update ect it is 3gb big aswell and a text dcumet labled key which is 1 kb big

    Reinstall chrome and if chrome doesn't work use Firefox it's just as good
