  1. They hardly ever start the WAN show at the intended time, but you want it even earlier? LOL! Good luck with that!
  2. If you've already tinkered with all the settings and still can't get it to work, it could be hardware. Try something like https://www.amazon.ca/AUKEY-Aluminum-Headphone-Microphone-Computers/dp/B01MU5SIGD/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492966129&sr=8-1&keywords=aukey+usb+sound+card I have one for my laptop at work, where the sound card was noisy (static). Plug this in, and speakers into it, and problem solved!
  3. I didn't see it mentioned, but are you running the game in DX11, or DX12? BF1 doesn't do DX12 any justice, and you tend to get really bad frame times, which would show up as a drop in FPS. If you haven't already tried, run the game in DX11 mode.

    Gaming Headset

Well, as a gaming headpone with no mic is just a headphone, maybe something like https://www.massdrop.com/buy/fostex-x-massdrop-th-x00 Or closer to the other end of the price spectrum, http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/headphones/75b2f282c93a7651/ Unless you are looking for something with a USB input for 7.1 surround, in which case they'll likely all have a mic. Sennheiser makes some nice ones.
  5. The rx 470 and the GTX 1060 3GB trade blows in many games. Both are good cards, but the 470 is the 1080p value king, on LTT as well as many other tech sites/youtube channels. I found the MSI Gaming X model on sale for less than the cheapest 1060 3GB I could find, and couldn't be happier with it.
  6. I love my mITX PC. I built mine primarily as a HTPC, and light gaming rig. I was in a small condo at the time, so space was prudent, and going mitx filled all the needs perfectly. I was using the built in wifi for the first year or so, which was fine, and now that Ive moved somewhere larger, the pc sits inside my tv stand and Im using ethernet. I have since upgraded the GPU to handle 1080p60 in most titles (CPU being the limiting factor) Mine is a Fractal Design Node 304, so I have room for a full length GPU (MSI rx 470 Gaming X) and room for a full height cpu cooler. I can have up to 6 HDDs, or remove cages down tomy current 2 (1 HDD, 1 SSD) Core i3 4150 (stock cooler, because its an i3) rx 470 4GB 8GB RAM 2 TB HDD, 120GB SSD 450W semi modular PSU
  7. Yes, that's quite unfortunate. They really were a fantastic speaker and logitech only discontinued them to increase profit. They weren't cheap, but the margins were apparently very small. I use mine in my office at work now. Shakes the office window very nicely...LOL!
  8. Klipsch Promedia 2.1 or Logitech Z625. I used to have the Promedia, and replaced them with the Z2300, which is what the 625 replaced. The 2300 is known to be the best, but they have been out of production for years now.
