Peerless Girl's Achievements

  1. That is exactly what I plan to do, Kelar. I can probably safely say I know Mads doesn't want this to be anything toxic or negative, and it's not intended to be, at least by myself. To do much more other than support her risks doing exactly as you suggest, so I for one plan to support her as I've been doing and see where it goes!
  2. @Suop is actually Madison, if you'd checked the WAN Show, you'd see Linus Raided her stream...heh. As for the "work Visa" she's actually a Canadian citizen, born in Calgary, so she would not need one. Her "can you give me a VISA" joke was in reference to needing a US visa, and the LTT guys "roleplaying" the US government. She needs one for the US, but not for Canada.
  3. Speak for yourself. I fully understand she MIGHT not, and that's fine, I'm just pushing for an amazing human.
  4. Can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not planning to be toxic to anyone else who gets hired.
  5. I did, and I do, it was heavily refreshing. You're a refreshing person who isn't afraid to be who she is, and that's awesome. I know you don't need me to say it, but, there you go. Regardless of anything, I want to see what you end up doing!
  6. IMO they could use a "real" host, I think *you're* confusing pessimistic with realistic, but that's my opinion. There's a fine line. You may think what you like, and I will think what I like, and continue to support an awesome human being in doing what she loves. For all I know she doesn't WANT to work there anymore, only she knows. She has said, the same as Linus did that she "cannot speak about anything going on with LTT" so...that tells me she may be under NDA. Time will tell.
  7. All that aside, you can't fake chemistry like that. It's also true (IMO) that she's the best co-host Linus has ever had (as much as I love Luke). Just because no one HAS been hired to be in front of the camera to this point doesn't mean someone CAN'T be hired to do this. Perhaps he should move outside the box and hire someone to do that, rather than prepping some other crew to do a (sub par) job at it? (Riley not-withstanding, and Luke has gained it over the years). This girl starts off as more of a natural than anyone he's had before, and has nowhere to go but up. You're also assuming she doesn't have additional skills, which clearly she does in the artistic sense. You're welcome to be as pessimistic as you like, but the rest of us are gonna stick with #HireMadison.
  8. Agreed, she has an easy, natural charisma, and is obviously just being herself. I've been told I can do that, but I never FEEL like I'm doing it. They do have amazing chemistry on camera together, and I think they'd be a fun WAN Show team (especially for when Luke's not around). It's hard for me to put in words how I feel about it.
  9. I rarely ever post, and mostly lurk. Madison is amazing, and I would love to see her hired for SOMETHING, I don't care what. She has a natural, (amazingly spastic) talent for just being natural on camera. Linus worked for years to get his "character" down (and he does it well) but she walked in and stole it all. I've legitimately rarely seen Linus confused and at a loss for words very often. Some of it was scripting I'm sure, but Madison doesn't strike me as someone who scripts all that often. I would love to see more of her, please hire her. Thank you. *hugs LTT Stealth water bottle*
  10. I've got 3.9 @ 1.35v on my 1600 (using PStates, though I can do the same with a streight manual clock). I can get 3.925 "stable" in Aida64, Realbench, and Cinebench, but it fails 30 minutes of OCCT/IBT/Linpack, so I don't really call it stable (despite the fact OOCT/IBT is REALLY hard on Ryzen, and may not be an ideal test).
  11. Current "conventional" wisdom seems to be: do not exceed 1.4v for daily 24/7 usage, or you may see "some loss of component longevity". I couldn't get 4.0 stable @ 1.425 on my 1600, and that's where I drew the line. I'm back around 3.9 @ 1.4v now, and I'm going to see how much I can drop it (though I forgot to test 3.925, 3.95 and 3.975, which I may do if I get bored).
  12. Well...uh...that's sort of a semi-random request. Does he just want it for like home use, or is he hoping to deploy it to some work/business/corporate type use, cause they could be vastly different in that regard.
