I thought the only difference between the echo and the echo dot is the quality of the hardware (i.e. speaker and mic) am i wrong?

I just got a alexa dot today, and it appears to be inexusably trash at answering questions. Any1 else have this experience, or did i just get unlucky? Also how good are all the other personal assistance, and which one is the best?

Looks good, don't get 4x4gb sticks though, get 2x 8gb and keep 2x open slots.
 
I would also wait a few weeks and see how the ryzen series looks, it should at least shake up pricing.
 
What resolution are you playing it?
 
Oh god not this again. SLI scaling is 40 - 60% in games that support it, in 18 months of running 2x 970's only Just Cause 3 offered zero support. There's absolutely no reason the OP should opt for an XP over even 2 1080's never mind 2 ti's (if they release, not when). 4k rendering in Overwatch yields an almost 100% increase, 4k The Division 43 FPS vs 71FPS for SLI, that's plenty of performance. (the games the OP plays)

Again, to you, just get 1080, and another later, 2 1080's will run the games "YOU" play at 4k 60 FPS +

CPU: Intel core i5-7600K                IS the same thing but higher clock rate I would try to get a i7 6700k Or a i5 6600k 

1. in raid 0, you add the 2 drive capacity's to see how much storage you have, so the $110 more is for around twice as fast storage
2. its $30 more for alot more future proofing, a higher efficency rating(so you save a bit on your power bill) and more head room to overclock

a pc is a pc, saying that it wasnt "designed" for people on this forums is like saying apple computers are a good value because the buyer doesnt know they arent, and it isnt designed for the same market as the OP prebuilt because $500 isnt the price point for something like that, that should be closer to $100-200
