The first issue here is that the GTX 660 costs $190.
The second one being that the "cheap ass" CPU is quite powerful. Also, it's $130.
 
More games take advantage of GPU power over CPU power, so it would be logical to get a powerful GPU. The i3 4130 is still a good CPU, and can in fact hold it's ground against an Athlon II X4 750K at stock speeds.
 
Basically, what I am trying to say here is, don't open your mouth until after you have done some research.

First game I ever played? Probably Jumpstart Preschool.
 
First game I ever loved? Sim Copter hands down. I still can remember the Ride of the Valkyries music playing while I zoom around the city. 

The people that play these games wish they had our hardware but we're playing peasant games :'(

Everything looks good, but the 8350, there is no need for it its literally the same as the 8320 but a tad bit faster, You could overclock your 8320 no problem and get it 3x higher than that. I have a gtx 760 and it runs bf4 like a champ at 55-65 fps on ultra (Depending on map and players) and it runs it at high at around 68-78 (again depending on maps and players, lowest I have ever seen it on was 59. I play at 1080p ultra and have no problems with lag.
 
Everything in you pc is good I would get rid of the 8350 and get a 8320. ohh and if you plan on overclocking get a hyper 212 evo or something better. its about $30
 
Case: NZXT PHANTOM 410 (its big and has lots of room for vid cards, I have seen a gtx 680 go in one.

BF4 I haven't had nearly the number of problems some people have.

I did that before, I couldn't find out was was wrong and like 3 hours later, I, well I punched 4 holes in my wall, and had to buy a HDMI cord the next day because I went outside grabbed the axe and went to town on it. ~Kinda wish I just took a little bit more time to rellize I just plugged it in the wrong place.~

I know im buying 2 of them. I just trasitioned from xbox 360, I had 71 disc games (games on cd) and 30 games from xbl store. I Wish I could like give them back and get a copy for pc or something lol I feel like xbox was a complete waste of money.

Okay so I just transistiond from xbox 360 to pc and I installed bf4, now im getting a max of 6 kills in tdm, and conquest. My kdr is horrible. (don't care too much about it) but the game is fun, but not as fun as it could be if im pwning every one. Im level 6 I get about 750xp in a game and cant unlock guns because I cant kill enough people. It took me 18 matches to get a scar h. Need tips for kb&m!

That But also gpu's are safe up to 90°C so you are fine. if it was running 80 all the time i would be worried but its fine. 

Are you downloading via wifi? Are there multiple people using the internet at the same time? 

If you already had a copy of windows you could fit it into your budget... Or I could give you a Windows 8 key if I am in the selfless mood

I live in us Washington currency usd and yes I do plan on overclocking i dont care about how it looks as long as it stays nice an cool an runs great. I dont care about what brand im not a amd or intel/NVIDIA fanboy. Just a good build to run the games i listed on high-ultra 60fps 1080p ( i would like the monitor to have Hdmi though)
