Hi! Is there a way to limit internet usage of some devices that are connected to the internet in my home? For example set a limit of 500MB, and after that they are connected to the wifi but they don't get any internet. And my devices have unlimited access. Is there a way to do that???

Is there a wireless hard drive that I could connect it to my phone (that are not downloaded from iTunes) and move things like movies from a app inside it. like it has a app and i could open the file inside it and send it to the hard.
