Visibility here is about a foot. So foggy, you cannot see a cars length in front of you.

    Yeah, but we have really big flat roads. On the back roads and anything small with any turns I was going 20 ish. @Ryan_Vickers

    Doesn't matter what the road is like, if you're going fast enough that you wouldn't be able to stop between the time an obstacle first becomes visible and the time your vehicle would stop moving, you're going too fast.  Based on the '1 foot of visibility' figure you gave earlier (which in fairness looks to be a bit of an exaggeration), that would make the limit a slow walk.

    That's my biggest fear when driving, I've got myopia too ?
