    I've never had trouble falling asleep before, that might be something to try when it gets cold again. It's far too hot in the summer.

    I keep my room at a constant 64-68 degrees year round, I'm always snuggled up

    Dang that's pretty chilly for a constant temp, I only have it down to 70 at the lowest. Got to conserve power, large house does not make for good AC efficiency. Got to move north for some cooler weather....
