Got a new case, the Corsair 4000D RGB. That was a treat to build in tbh - but my PSU died shortly after lol. So, also got a new PSU also Corsair. 
 
I do love the Corsair AF fans, pretty quiet and move a lot of air - thinking of upgrading my CPU cooler fans to the same. 
 

For the most part yes, keep in mind they have third party sellers much like how Amazon does, and it’s important to research the third party sellers before buying from them as opposed to buying from Newegg directly.
 
ive been buying hardware from them since I was 12 years old, and they’ve been around for ages before that even, they’re one of the big name retailers for computer hardware that can be generally trusted
 

Just an update - I got the new PSU and everything works amazingly. Really appreciate the help. thank you. 
 
the GPU spiked on cyberpunk to 280w of usage which before would max at 200 watts - I almost fear 850 watts isn’t enough haha.

Wix let's you search for filters by size. If you find one that you think might work, you can click on the part number and it will tell you the application.  Searching that application on the same site would let you know if a charcoal version is available. IIRC Wix makes 3 types of cabin air filters. 
 
As for making them, a real aquarium store would have all sorts of filter material. Not a chain place like PetSmart or Jacks, a real Aquarium store. I used to buy all sorts of filter material from a locally owned place here in town for my fish tanks. That might be another option?

Yeah, have the doctor write a script for what he needs and take it to the medical supplies store or a pharmacy and they will come up with one.😉 Plus the cost will be covered by his insurance too. If the doctor is telling you he needs it then have him put it on paper.

ask said doctors for what *they* recommend he uses.

Not the actual thing since it's in its home and I'm not about to dig it out, but I bought a used base model M1 Mac Mini to replace my 2014 Mini that was dogshit slow in macOS and fuckshit slow in Windows 10. I didn't really want to spend the 400 dollars on it, but honestly I can justify it as a holdover until I can buy a 14" MBP god knows when. Plus side is that my 2014 Mini sold for about a hundred bucks an hour after listing it.
 
So far only complaint is that the app I use to control my monitor brightness (MonitorControl) doesn't work anymore and it doesn't seem like there's any good free alternatives to it.
