yes it is a very buggy game but it is not very demanding in normal situations (outside major cities and raids, etc..), i use vsync and use the ingame fps lock at 60fps and they stay there most of the time. only windows defender. i do have GSkill RGB ram cause they were on sale, but i use the asus app to turn all the RGB off.

But i do not know if it is the game or some other application on the backgroud that maybe can be turn off.

Hello, i am not sure if this is the right category to ask this, if not i apolagize pls tell me where i should ask. I am playing games and having random FPS spikes, for example while playing wow at mid settings from time to time i have frame drops, when i go to the task manager on windows my cpu is at 25-40% and the gpu is around the same, so i tried using HWmonitor and i could see that my cpu got to 100%, but i do not know why, this happens even in places with not many things happening, what makes me believe that i could have some other program that runs time to time in the background, but i cannot find it. Is there any software that allows me to track this in a log so even if i can not see it live can go check later? or if you have other ideias pls share. i dont think i can find AMP! Extreme from Zotac in portugal, i could find Palit 1070 Gamerock Premium but its not a good store to buy. But ty for your advises, Portugal its not a very good place to live when you want to buy anything ...

maybe the list its not very understandable but i m going for 2 x 8Gb Ram so i didnt get if you are saying that i should get more or not.
