No, GDDR6 is manufactured by both Micron, Samsung and SK Hynix.
However, GDDR6X is a Micron exclusive product, but it's only used for high-end geforce models, and not in any enterprise offering.

Apparently, people don’t know you can simply get up an hour earlier, or god forbid, have work start an hour early, without the clock changing shenanigans.
Whoever thought changing the clocks twice a year was a fine idea, I certainly hope that person is enjoying hell right now.
