I recently got a 1060 and decided to overclock it. When i overclocked i saw that my power was going to 90%, when it wasn't overclock it was going to 60% I would like to know if this is safe?

The 3gb by better i mean in price for its performance ive seen some benchmarks online showing 3gb 1060 vs 6gb 1060 and its shows like 1%-9% improvement in frames
