  1. Office/Game Room Remodel

Well, took a brake from painting and started doing some wiring. Still waiting on some longer power and display-port cables, but I got the Ethernet cables and the ATT U-Verse box done. There's more pics on my Facebook page if your interested
  2. Office/Game Room Remodel

    It's a triple 27'' I bought either at Fry's or Micro-Center don't remember. Thanks guys
  3. Office/Game Room Remodel

Well guys, I had a slight detour on this project to do another (you can search my user name on YouTube or FB if interested in my other projects). Anyway I'm moving forward on this project again. I'll be working on trim this weekend. Urishima There is noise dampening that pretty much eliminates this issue for wooden floors. You just roll that out before putting the wood/laminate down. Yes, but this is not an engineered wood, but real wood floor, and being real wood ( not click type) it has to be glued down. The gray rubber you see in the pics below is the self leveling moisture barrier, the yellow stuff id the adhesive. This system is a pain in the ass, but really does work well to keep floor temps even all year round. Thank you!
  4. Heat gun alternative?

I'm going out on a limb here and saying that anything is possible. If you want to, give it a try and let us know how it works out.
  5. EKWB Revo D5 problems

Test the pump outside of the system without water blocks. That will tell you if the pump is working or not.
  6. Learn from my mistakes

I like your design, I think you did a great job. OK, yes it could have benefited from a few angled fittings but I have seen and done worst myself, cheers mate.
  7. LGBT community

    Not L, G, B, T or Q but not a hater either.
  8. noob needs help.(might of fucked my pump)

You can also leave the the system sealed and simply tilt it side to side, upside down to work the bubbles to the res (with the pump running).
  9. Office/Game Room Remodel

This is going to be glued down. I agree, floating wood flooring is very noisy. Having the urethane moisture barrier plus the glue you don't get the temp changes or noise. This is the second room we have done and really like how the first turned out.
  10. Office/Game Room Remodel

Didn't get as much done as I had hoped due to a hard day at work and an impending storm heading our way. I did however get four boxes of flooring sorted and my work tent battened down for the storm.
  11. What Video Card(s)

Budget, go big of go home I'm only going to do top tier on this build.
  12. What Video Card(s)

My plan is that once I get my office/game room remodeled I will finish my water tower project which I will build and test my new system on before mounting it into a case. I'm glade to here that a single 1080 Ti will suffice and by the time i get to order it, it will have matured.
  13. Office/Game Room Remodel

I'm going to glue the wood floor down to the urethane moisture barrier In above pic (gray).
