    It only paper launched, should be available at some point but I don't know. Instead pick up a OCZ RD400 which is still NVMe for cheaper. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/VrDzK8/ocz-internal-hard-drive-rvd400m22280256g

    Every GTX 1070 hits around the same clocks, so paying more for a factory overclock is useless. Grab this https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/Tv38TW/evga-geforce-gtx-1070-8gb-sc-gaming-acx-30-video-card-08g-p4-6173-kr

    Antec TrueQuiet 120s and 140s are silent, LED, and cheap. If you want performance despite noise, get CM Jetflos. Those are my two recommendations.

    I would buy these two

    Good choice =). even with the minor bit of noise it makes I still consider it a pretty good investment. You could probably reduce/eliminate the noise with some cheap rubber washers to absorb the vibrations if you end up getting a bad fan or two.

    GTX 1060 -> 1080p
    GTX 1070 -> 1440p
    GTX 1080 -> 1600p

    6850k for less than $200?? Yea, just get that then. You can find good x99 boards for <$200 and will not be disappointed with the performance of the build, it's a beast of a CPU. 6700k is only marginally better in gaming (a few fps at most), but the 6850k is way better for workstation use.

    If you're definitely getting a 4k monitor and will be gaming then you should definitely not get a 1060.

    A 1070 is still okay, but ideally you should be looking at a 1080 or some future equivalent if you can afford it.

    for that processor you should get a GTX 1070 at least, and consider a GTX 1080/GTX 1080ti.

    well its just if you have a graphics card that super powerful and a processor that sucks then all the games will be getting FPS depending on how good (or bad rather) your CPU is, same for GPU. since you have a really good processor it would make sense to match the processors potential with a good car, but there's no need if you don't want to.

    the cpu gives the gpu instructions. If the cpu is too slow, it cant give the gpu instructions fast enough, so the gpu becomes slower. Basicly the higher cpu you have, get a better gpu, because you want to *balance* them out.

    Oh I see what you mean. Yeah I'll probably go for the 1070 for now. Do you know which specifc one is the best? On amazon and newegg i see many? What do the different iterations even mean.

    Take a look at picture below.
    Legs are representing slow GPU, while upper body is bufed (aka i7 6850K).
