All I know is that each cable in the module is labeled corosponding to a cat 6 outlet in the house

As the picture shows the line in cable is not attached to anything, the one blue cable on the left is labeled flex room and is attached to the router. All the other cables are attached to the wall in female adapters. That one cable on the left is the only one connected to anything in the house (the router).

I just moved into a new house which has cat 6 outlets installed throughout the house however the ISP guy came and left without properly setting up the wired connections. He said something about microwave interference messing with the network but I really don’t see the big deal with it. I tried my pc on the wired network and of course it didn’t work. So I went to the main electrical panel and found a number of labeled cables, which I believe are for cable tv, unplugged from any source. Otherwise all of the blue cat cables were plugged into the centeral switch next to the panel. There is no cat 6 cable plugged into the router or the respective cat wall outlet but it didn’t seem to make a difference either way (I tried). I’m at a bit of a loss on this issue. I was excited to get my pc up and running but given this problem I don’t know how I’ll get internet. i sould mention that the wifi does work however my pc is in another room from the router and does not have a wifi card.

I am moving into a new house soon and I thought that this would be a good time to revive the aesthetics of my setup. My 19th-century wood desk isn't gonna cut it anymore so I need something new to match my stuff. I am planning on getting a TT core p5 case (tempered glass) and wall mounting it. I will be getting the black version so the desk should match it. The wall I will be set up on is in the corner of my new bonus room and is about 72" long with a long wall perpendicular and to the right and a hallway opening to the left. I was thinking of maby some kind of L desk to either match the corner or be parallel to the hallway opening to the left. Storage is nice and my budget is likely below 400cad. I know this is the case and psu section but I thought it related to my case enough to be relevant. The corner in the top Right of the 20' x 12' room is the one I am referring to (where that tv is). I am looking into some better audio equipment for my pc so I am thinking of getting some speakers and headphones. I am looking at a fairly low budget of 100 Canadian for each (with some flexibility). I am quite novice with audio equipment so idk if I should also invest in an amp. The use for the headphones will be primarily gaming however I also spend a lot of time consuming youtube and netflix videos so they should be decent all rounders (a decent mic is a given). The speakers dont have to be anything crazy. I am basically just looking for something to give me the option of listing to media without my headset on (a sub woofer would be nice tho). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Imm kinda getting hyped for Christmas this year and im am making myself a bit of a Christmas list. The first thing i thought i neeeded was a new headset because i currently have some sony headphones made for phones (single prong). I was thinking of http:// https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/rWNp99/sennheiser-headphones-pc350se because they fit my budget and had a good review on pc part picker but ive seen some mixed reviews on newegg so imm not quite sure. does anyone have these headphones and whats your experience with them. should i look at some different headphones? I should note that I have no audio equipment such as amps or equalizers and i dont relay want to buy any rn.

i never used to have it but after doing a full reinstall of windows and all software I started noticing a performance loss in games.

Ya its actualy a gpu in this case. The lights still work with the process stopped but it automatically starts everytime i restart so i have to maualy shut it off.

I got my new (err, i mean 2 generations old) 6600k about a half year ago and in that time i've accumulated some pretty good hardware to go with it. I droped some cash on a H100i and some exhaust fans and woah. Imm running 4.7 ghz with a steady <30 C idle temp and a ultra quiet fan curve having them set at 500 rpm at 20 C and increasing 100 rpm every 10 C. In gaming it never reaches 70 C and I have experienced no instabilities at 4.7. The question is, how do I stack up. Idd like to hear from others what their experiences are with a 6600k and should I push it further? Imm not looking to fry the chip but I am not planning on using this one for more than a few years. With my current OC I have not messed with the voltage at all but I have the base clock at 105mhz (I was scared to push the main clock any further). My ambient temp is a cool 20 C and I have a lot of headroom for cooling. The rest of my hardware is as follows: GPU: Strix 1070 Mobo: ASUS Z170-a Ram: 2x4 2133 G.skill Storage: 120gb boot ssd, 1tb WD main storage +, 1tb salvaged seagate hdd from a laptop.

I'll try that. I just reseated my CPU but now I don't even get power led. I don't have another psu but I'll do the pin trick and see what I get

Incase the video didn't work... So it looks like the pc is still powering my keyboard over USB which it sometimes does when sleeping or even shut off.

I was just absorbing some content on World Wide Web when my comedic relief turned sour. At first I thought I tripped a breaker but after the initial shock of a black screen my computer restarted... partially. My system shut off as if I hit the reboot button and then started back up but my gpu leds are off as well as my exaust fans. My water block leds still work and my CPU fans are running. I have a h100i which has its fans powered by USB so I am thinking this might be a mobo situation. The white power led indicating power supply on my gpu is on. My screen is not even getting a signal at all on I gpu or gpu. The mobo is displaying the normal green pwr light but the white strip along the back is off. idk what's up. Imm kinda panicking cause I can't afford a new mobo rn. I should note that I was just doing some cable management today but I don't see what that would have to do with anything. I also lost a screw but I doubt it's stuck vertically to the mobo. I also found a penny sized spot of corosion on the traces on the back of my mobo but that's months old (cause still unknown). I need this DTS StudioSound tab to work properly so that I can actually tune my sound. Th is issue just stated today after I reinstalled windows. I have reinstalled my audio drivers and my audio is working otherwise. While imm at it i may as well solve some other configuration issues. so i am trying to set up aura then this happens then it pops this up. this issue is kinda annoying because the process of actually installing aura is so stupid to begin with that this makes it almost not worth the pain. thanks

Ya, I don't think I can do either of those rn. Is there anything else I can try. And also, how can you tell what device I am booted into from the screenshot.

imm confused. Is there a chance that a background program is running off of that drive and screwing things over

that's strange. I have already deleted a bunch of windows stuff off of it that would have normally been running had I been booted on that drive. I restarted regardless and I still have the same issue. i made sure my adata SSD was at the top of boot order and no luck.
