your phone has this feature known as rootkit, go to XDA and see if they can help you out with the rooting process, BLU, actively tries to blocks rooting.

Those programs don't work very well. Your best bet is to hook it up to a PC and do it from there. 

I disabled hardware acceleration (chrome>settings>advanced settings) which solved the problem

Hey guys just wanted to share my PC. I put a lot of time and work and planning into this. It's almost done just awaiting a PSU cover and a custom GPU backplate. Also have a few more cables to sleeve.

You probably need to upgrade your power supply but in theory the 1060 should be compatible with the C2D. If you are trying to get a pleasant gaming experience, I would recommend a less powerful card such as the rx 460. You can install this without upgrading your psu and it won't be bottlenecked as much by the C2D. I would also recommend swapping out the cpu for a second hand Core 2 Quad as the rx 460 will still be heavily bottlenecked by the C2D.

The B500 isn't a super fantastic PSU but you'll probably be fine. 500W is plenty.
