So I haven't had Internet since 9:30 PM CST yesterday. I have AT&T prepaid and am current. I have called support and they took me through a list of options. Nothing worked so they gave me a ticket and told me that they would have an answer in 5-7 business days. So it will be at least next Friday at the earliest before I get an answer.
I have tried the following with reboot afterwards. Turn off and on mobile data. Turn airplane mode off and on. Changed APN to the current one AT&T Phone. Reset mobile data settings. Factory reset phone.
I also started getting this message on chrome when searching anything. AT&T Free Message: Your attempt to connect to data service was unsuccessful. Please try again later.
Any other things I should try?
