I find it funny that both the rx 480 and rx 470 are not that far apart either.

Dual channel will be most beneficial when running onboard graphics. Otherwise dual channel is not really noticeable. The extra RAM size will have a better performance bump than the bump in bandwidth.

80+ is the efficiency rating, so with a lower rating there's more energy wasted which typically means a higher power bill and hotter components. That doesn't mean quality though, there are plenty of shitty 80+ golds and great 80+ bronze units. 

The EVGA 600W B1 isn't great, but it doesn't suck. I wouldn't change it unless OP wants the upgrade.

Also channel trailers work best as a quick highlight reel of you channel with minimal narration. You'll want to get some content built up then make you trailer.

What audience are you targeting, also no need to say "I believe" or "I think" your audience already knows its your opinion.

Because A: You have a freesync monitor. B: They're neck and neck now, and have been with new drivers. C: Stop comparing only the strix, it might be the best 1060 one, but that's an extra $80, making it a stupid choice for a 1060. It is far from the best 480 card.

no, but you shouldn't be spending $300 on a 1060 for 1080p either. Either get a cheaper 1060, or get a 480.

I'd still pair a freesync monitor with AMD card over Nvidia. And no, definitely don't waste money on gtx 1070 for 1080p gaming. RX480 would be a solid choice and good value/performance.

Because it feels good to own something other people don't have a chance at? I dunno tbh. 

Because they like those exclusive games and think because X console has X exclusive which they like and no other console has, that makes there console better. Not realising that all exclusives do is make everyone miss out, because a bidding war then begins for each console developer.
