It's better to use a more efficient card in a case this small anyway
I myself would just buy the cheapest 2070 (one of the Gainward Phoenix GS), because I don't mind sending cards back for repairs and can do minor ones myself. If you don't trust the brand, get the MSI Armor or EVGA Black. 2070s are very similar between the cheapest and the most expensive so it's pointless to buy those costing more than 550 Euros.
