yurbuds makes some decent earphones. They're generally marketed as fitness headphones, but I think they sound pretty decent, and they're in your price range, so they might be worth checking out. They have the same ear tip design (pretty much) as the bose IEMs, but they don't have the ear hook. Check them out!
 
(When I owned my two pairs, I found that they never fell out, even without the ear hooks though, so they're definitely worth looking into.

Put OS, apps and one or two most played games in ssd and whats left just dump into your hard drive
The psu is just better quality overall, semi modular to help you with cable management
 
EDIT: Also keep in mind your peripherals (1080p 60Hz monitor at least, good headset, mouse and keyboard if you have this kind of money to spend)
 
 

Honor 7X. My dad just got one and it's great. 

I currently have 8gb of ram and no game could use it all  up to this point. They're demanding way more of my gpu and cpu. If I were you i would go with Ryzen 1600 (maybe one of the best price/performance chips out now) and a b350 motherboard, it can be easily OC'ed to 3,8Ghz with the stock cooler.

Probably a GTX 970 or maybe a 980 if you get lucky. 

Depends what you'll be your user case, along side the other components you plan on acquiring.

I feel safe in assuming any AM4 board can handle any current Ryzen processor, regardless of TDP or power consumption, especially an x370 version.

for just gaming no but if the 2 options was the 1700 or the 1600x i would go for the 1700 but if it was 1700 or the 1600 i would go for the 1600

The new CX, regardless of modularity, are the same wattage system. 450/550/650 etc. The non M are actually superior in terms of quality due to a better fan

i use my NAS to store all of my movies and tv shows that i have saved.
this allows everybody in my house (wife, kids, roommates) to watch any of them on any device.
it also keeps the data off my computer, which means i can turn my computer off when im not home, using a lot less power.

you can get away with cheaper and slower memory, you'd loose a few fps the performance difference is the largest between 2133 and 2666. the sweet spot price/performance is between 2666 to 3200. I haven't read or tried that board so beside the QVL list i can't really recommend which ram to get
 

I don't think so. People who're already mining will continue to mine, but as Eth and other currencies are at low values and high difficulties that will deter would-be buyers from setting up new mining rigs. So GPU supply should become a bit better in the coming month or two. That said it might not come back to full normal.

Please don't tell me you believed that.  You just took the word of a miner (who has a vested interest) because its what you wanted to hear.  Thats like eating up whatever BS a used car salesmen tells you. 
Even if "many" miners were underclocking, there are many that wouldn't but would cranck that shit as much as possible and just want to pass the buck on to a sucker, especially those that weren't paying for the electrcity.
Here is what I do know for sure though; everyone of them selling will either tell you they weren't being used for mining, and/or that they're the "good guys" that were mining responsibly.
The only thing you can do is assume they're all lying out of their ass.

It's decent but definitely needs improvement such as: WLAN, not a high end chipset, better power connector (4 pin instead of 8 pin). But they cut too many corners on this they really should improve on it with the suggestions I suggested but they won't listen to the minority *Ahem* Wargaming *Ahem*
