Signed = that bit or byte value can be positive or negative.
So a 2 bit signed value can be -1 to 1, an 2 bit unsigned value would be 0-3. The first bit will be used to declare positive or negative.
    -1 would be 1 1 and 1 would be 0 1

Unsigned = 0 - whatever the length is.

Floating point =  Same as signed where some bits will be used to decide for the exponent (where the comma goes)

When you use any of these you need to take the lenght into account. Because for example an 8bit (1byte) value can go to 255 the signed 8bit goes to 127.
You however have the same range. Unsigned its 0-255, signed -127 to 127

Its very simple and there are many sources to use for this stuff

unless i'm mistaken the UWP app allows Netflix to make 1 app that works on both Windows 10 and Xbox One consoles which means less app development costs and fewer apps to maintain, which is a good thing in my book.

If the person was smart, they would just factory reset the router and then it would not have the same SSID or passcode, as that stuff can be changed easily. All you can do is call the police and file a report.

back in my day we took the xmas tree lights and hooked those to our 3 way speakers
flash to that channels music note
if you had subwoofers and time you would splice sub to yellow lights, low of 3 way to red, mid to green, high to blue(our xmas lights were only 4 colors)
then play favorite tunes and watch the light show

i would assume the optical drive and usb ports are run from a sata 3&4 with ram either direct cpu or sata0 port

    your welcome
its a topic that only has individual best results as everyone sees and interprets light similarly yet differently
i use 32" 1080p tv and feel its little big for gaming(single player and about 6feet(2m)away)but its great for tv shows and movies(dishvip222k and xbox1s ,,, sat goes thru xbox hdmi(allows upscaling))
but im also cheap ass sooo slow adopter of tv display upgrades but was an early adopter to dvi when it appeared.
cut a few pieces of cardboard to diaginal #inches and tape where your going to watch tv from
on card board tape the eye chart for testing eye sight(easy to say this row letters equiv 24pt font this row to 4pt)
this should give nice analogous test and cheap to(print a few pictures and try to match thru print settings the dpi quality of tv as well although 4k gotta be hard to match but 1080p type dpi should be doable)

The EA6900 because you can install 3rd party software and have even more tweaking capability than the default firmware, i don't think the mesh one can have that done to it.

figure out which hole you desire most
    ass both sexes have
    mouth both have
now where it differs do you want to hold a penis or vagina
most of the sexually confused steer towards homosexuality due to the fact they feel more comfortable around same sex as themselves which is easily viewed as "i'm gay cause im more secure feeling around same sex than opposite sex"
no matter what choice is made make it due to what your heart says not from fear/uncomfortableness around opposite sex to yourself
sorry for quite vulgar worded start but it is the least confusing words i know that hopefully are not viewed with wrong intent
personally i do not care what choice anyone makes as it has zero effect on me
your body your life your choice how to use both
irregardless of gay/straight relationships domestic issues always happen
best question to ask is will i be able to forgive my partner when fights happen or is it trully just a physical relationship?

bcguru9384 reacted to Tabs in Windows 10, unable to do anything with 2nd storage HDD that was used in Win 7
The problem here is probably that your new install has the same username/device name as the old one. Am I right in thinking that your old Windows 7 machine was called "DESKTOP" and your account was "Steve", the same as your current one?

The confusion here is that Windows is showing you DESKTOP\Steve and you're assuming it's your current user account, when in fact it's likely DESKTOP\Steve account from the previous install. You can confirm by looking at the GUID for the user.

To gain access to your data, open up an admin command prompt and run the following commands.

    takeown /f D: /r /d y icacls D: /reset /c /t icacls D: /grant Administrators:F /t
You'll get a scary warning with the second command about it creating an unusable ACL - ignore it, as that's the exact thing we're trying to do. The second icacls command reinstates full privileges for Administrators.

You'll also be told the recycle bin on that drive is corrupt after you access D:, this can safely be ignored as well as the bin will simply get remade on the drive.

Let me know if this fixes your problems. For a disk with a LOT of data this might take a while to run.
