    I have this laptop. The upgraded version is has a very similar chassis but has a 144hz display. Is it possible to upgrade? I found this display online and tried to compare it to my current one but I cannot tell if it is the same connector. I'd like to avoid any brightness control issues. If I was able to buy it, would repair shops be willing to install it for me? Currently I'm in the Dallas area.

    Parts list I am seeking a solution to my missing drives in disk utility during install. I am following the vanilla guide here. Platform is Z290 Kaby Lake. I have tried both HboxHfs-64 and HFSPlus in clover setup. I have tried the SSDT key fix here. I do own an NVMe drive but it is not the target and none of my other 4 normal drives show up. AHCI on everything. Here is my config.plist https://pastebin.com/Z89rhtuH

    After running Win10Privacy on a clean install, like I always to, I forgot to uncheck the option that disables the thumbnail cache. Now I cant seem to get it to work again. Ive tried all the windows explorer options and registry hacks that google could find but nothing works. My only guess is to do something with the registry, but Im not sure how to do that. Ive attached the log of what it did, so hopefully you guys can help me reverse it. W10Privacy.log

    So i bit the bullet and got an Optane Module. However, it did not include a screw for My Z270E board. I made due with some electrical tape but im pretty scared all lose 6TB of data if that ever falls off. I no longer have the box of screws that came with it or my case. What is the right size i need to get? Links would be helpful, as I dont have a car to go to a hardware store.
