    Well I don't think the ram clearing everything due to the lack of power is the issue, since the power led on my motherboard still lights up when it's off

    I use a deathadder chroma with razer synapse, and the darn mouse acceleration resets after turning off my system so I have to turn it off manually everytime I boot up my computer. Any idea on how to fix it?

    It restarts whenever it feels like it. When I'm wearing headphones, a small buzzing noise occurs briefly. Is there a way I can fix this?

    I know this is not on your list, but I recommend the Deepcool Captain 240ex, as it is a solid aio and will complement your white case very well.

    Like I said before, go for the 6500 instead of the 6400, and overclocking won't give you that much frames if you're only going to game. You won't feel that much of a difference.

    Yes, but you won't be able to use integrated graphics and will have to spend a bit more on the motherboard. If you're planning to non k overclock, I recommend you to check this video out

    If you're not going to buy the 6600k, I'd say buy the 6500 and save some one the motherboard side too, by buying a cheaper chipset like h170 or b150 instead of buying the 6400. The 6500 is a sweetspot for budget minded rigs, as it doesn't cost that much more than the 6400 but has more performance that makes it definitely worth it. The oc won't even matter for the cpu side if you're planning on mostly gaming, and the graphics card should be the main stuff you're spending on.

    the 50 pounds would definitely be worth it (fuck, i feel like the korean market is ripping me off now that i look at the price... 1070s cost at least $500 here)

    I think that 1080ti and AMD vega release may lower the 1060's price if you're going to buy used ones, so I'd say you should wait for a bit. Vega might also be decent. Speaking of amd, they have much better multi gpu configurations, so if you want some multi stuffs going on, I suggest using amd.
