  1. Ok, I will attempt to do that, thank you!
  2. They said that VPNs are allowed, but they will not make an exception
  3. I don't want to get a network card for my PC, I want this VPN to work.
  4. I only have data on my phone, I like to use my laptop for school
  5. I don't use the VPN for malicious reasons, I use it to protect myself and to prevent the school from seeing all of the data coming to and from my device. If I was just doing it to play games, I would use my data connection.
  6. I use a VPN setup on my own server everywhere (home, school, public wifi, etc). I am using AlgoVPN on an Ubuntu server. I have zero issues connecting at my house on PC, iOS, and Android. Once I use the school internet though, it is unable to connect. I am 100% sure it is the school doing this because it works on cellular connections and the school blocks many games. If anyone has any ideas on how to get around this that would be great. Many free VPNs work on the school
  7. I got it to work, thanks for the help!
  8. It does take immediate affect, but it acts the same as vsync
  9. Lol, that was the first thing I tried, but my monitor freaks out.
  10. Thank you, but it doesn't appear to make a difference between V-Sync, I am looking for a way to make Vsync do 150 frames, not my monitor's 75
  11. How do I do this, I can't find it in the Nvidia control panel
  12. I can see the extra, because there is less latency. And I see no reason for tearing because its still divisible.
  13. Now, I heard that this works, and it makes sense. If my GFX card is sending 60 frames per second, that means that there can be a 1/60th of a second delay. If I set it to 120 fps, then that delay is reduced to 1/120th of a second. I don't have g-sync or anything fancy like that, so this is my best solution.
