  1. So i just installed my new system into this case and i have to say i actually disappointed in the case, the first reason is because the side panels do not seem to fit properly, as in the bottom vent will fit but the top part of the panel noticeably dips into the front panel which is fine if the computer is on the floor but most people would want to see their build through the panel and so would have it on their desk, the second thing is that the top is nearly impossible to get off even when there is only stock fans in the case this makes new fan and or radiator installation very hard to do which does make me a little bit angry, the third thing which is not actually a big issue is that some of the detail in the manual is heavily dependent on what part you have for example you can put a hard drive or ssd in a sled that goes where a bay resivoure or opticlal drive could go will not fit unless the holes are in the right place and the last things that annoy me is that long power supply units will block off access to mount a fan in the bottom of the case as well a place to mount a tube/pump combo which is included in EK's L120, 240 and 360 Kits. With all that in mind are there any solutions to these issues i mean they got the panel on the first time and looked good so why can't i and also space issues on the bottom could be fixed or why not resigned the case and make a Z12 which could be slightly longer with a redesigned side panel installation mounts. There are a few good sides with this case, it supports large graphics cards, hard drive and optical drive are easy to install when you figure it out, it can support a large amount of fans with 5 pre installed fans, 3 molex connected and 2 x 3 pin fans and it truly is a very nice looking case and great for aesthetics when you can figure out how to get the side panels in correctly and it can support 2 way sli with normal profile brackets however powering these cards may be an issue if you have to use a long power supply (i use a corsair 750w) and it means the bottom fan mount cannot be used. Some more good things include 2 usb 2.o ports and 2 usb 3.0 ports.
  2. No the premix is ready to go but the kit itself comes with a 100ml concentrate which you have to dilute
  3. Hmm that is true i think, just looked at the premix and there is no instructions on how to dispose of it, granted the sunlight thing might be right but i'm gonna say ask the council for where ever i/you live and then i shall have to post because obviously the law is different in most countries.
  4. Will bare that in mind and take a look when it arrives and if it does not say which it most likely will then i will post here
  5. It's EK premix that is on the way and i don't have it yet so i don't know but the general feel in water cooling videos is to not pour coolant down the drain.
  6. So me being a bit of a newbie to water cooling i have no idea on how i should dispose of coolant, i know you can simply ditch it in the sink because it can have hazardous things in it and also it may of become conductive in the loop so what is the answer for both pre-mix and distilled water.
  7. How would i go about safely disposing of Pre Mixes and old water from the loop?
  8. So with the EK kits you need to dilute the concentrate but i want to know about some of the trusted brands in the UK or if you can use any brand of water that are also used in the automotive industry. Also could you just use any distilled water from a shop/supermarket?
  9. So premix is ready to go and concentrate need to be diluted also i know about food coloring because it gunks up the system.
  10. So i will be getting one of EKs kits which comes with a concentrate coolant which needs to be mixed with distilled water however because i don't trust myself with mixing things i wanted to know if EKs premix coolant in any colour has to be mixed with distilled water or if it is ready to use and you can just fill a loop with it without mixing anything.
  11. its a expensive psu which is why i wanted suggestions
  12. So i have planning my build for a while and i just wanted a second opinion on my choice as well as some other PSU suggestions that may be cheaper. I am going to go with a Corsair AX1200I however it is a very pricey PSU but is an 80+ platinum efficiency PSU. This will be used to power 3 GTX 980s because of the Asus X99 Board limitations to SLI and another thing to bare in mind is that it will have to power a 5960X and 16GB Ram
  13. ah, i skimmed through it, i'm kind of afraid of over clocking so hats off to him
  14. Thats actually a really good OC however i'm new to this sort of stuff however not many people go that high as far as i'm aware, i'm guessing you using a closed loop or air?
  15. EVGA have a titan X listed on amazon i think
  16. So hang on, where can i get acrylic tubing that will fit EK Fittings in the UK?
  17. So i am planning an extreme build and i was originally going to use acrylic tubing but since i have seen how easy it is for acrylic to break or get cracks, so i was wondering what type of fitting i should use and what size, preferably it should fit with an EK Fitting as their GPU blocks are designed to have their fittings.
  18. been cooking eggs on my 7770 for a year now
  19. So i was looking around for a decent computer chair and i cam across the GT Omega EVO XL and they had a racing version and then that gave me an idea, I play a lot of flight sims and games such as war thunder and i was wondering if you know of an adjustable pilots chair with the placement for pedals, throttle and flightstick? bare in mind it has to be a WW2 Stick style one and not a civilian version.
  20. I do see your point however the case needs to be able to be moved around as one unit and the only way to make it easy to move two units is to have quick disconnects on the tubing leading out the back of the case.
  21. Could you benchmark them and tag me when you have the results?
  22. Speaking of which what even would be a sufficient psu for them?
