It's a good thing you don't ask for much.

Your request requires someone to not only buy two high end platforms, but 3 different newer GPUs just to fill your request.

    No big deal.

If they were to make it, someone would buy it for that extra 4p.

No video. Just compilation of various benchmarks done by other credible users (Gamers Nexus for instance) and personal builds for clients that get benched before being given to them.

If your board allows faster RAM, take the faster until the price jumps too far to be beneficial. No point taking the 5000MHz RAM for #300 when the 4266 is $200 and the 3200 is $160.

IPS(In Plane Switching) and OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) are both different kinds of displays. 4K is 16:9 at 3840 X 2160 you could extend that out more horizontally by adding more pixels, but 5040 X 2160 5K 21:9 would be more pixels than any single GPU setup could realistically handle so that doesn't really make sense. You can't run a 4K monitor at 120Hz over HDMI so it wouldn't really make sense for anyone to produce one that would run at a refresh rate no one would be able to achieve without displayport. Besides the fact that it's impossible, it doesn't really make sense.

RX 480 is definitely better value with Crimson drivers. Maybe not performance in some games, but it costs less than the 1060 6GB and obviously performs better than the 3GB.

If both monitors are 60Hz, the one with adaptive sync will look just the same but it will be free of screen tears, or if you enable vsync on the normal monitor, the one with adaptive sync will have less latency in terms of input lag.

If we're talking exactly 60FPS, then no, they should look the same. If it were anything below 60FPS, then yes, GSync will look smoother.

GSync makes a hell of a difference with a lot of games. It really works best with monitors with high refresh rates as you're more likely to be below the refresh rate compared to a 60Hz monitor.

If your game is running at exactly 60 FPS all the time without dipping or going higher, they the 2 will be the same. Where g-sync really shines is that it will look buttery smooth no matter what framerate your game is being rendered at (down to 30 FPS, below that, nothings gonna help the choppiness)

It should provide a better viewing experience in most games since your framerate tends to jump around depending what's on the screen. It also makes it so you don't have to make the choice of v-sync vs. screen tearing.

I'd add that adaptive sync helps a lot with driving 4K screens, since it makes 30-45 fps playable instead of a stutter fest.

You'll likely still get screen tearing unless the game sits at exactly 144FPS all the time. The key to not having tearing is the monitor and GPU being synced to display frames at the same time. Setting a FPS cap means the framerate can essentially bounce off that cap, causing tearing when the monitor and GPU FPS are not synced.

No, it will not be the same. It will force it to stay below 144Hz, but it will do nothing to sync the GPU and the monitor. An FPS cap paired with GSync/Freesync works well, as it ensures the adaptive refresh rate is always enabled, but just capping the FPS doesn't match up the frames to the monitor.

At least at 144Hz screen tears are not that visible

Why not just get a node 202? Looks the same to me. And I believe the EVGA cards would meet the requirements. In a such a tight space however, I'd look at blower style vards to blow heat outside the case. Basically the Founder's Edition would be a good choice here.
