Upgraded my PC couple days ago. Got a 4070 Ti, some ram to upgrade to 32GB (wrong speed and now i have to return it), and a 1TB ssd. Probably will not paint this card. I do like how beefy the cooler is.

Recently upgraded my case and AIO. EVEN MORE RGB VOMIT. Will be upgrading soon from the 1080 to my cousin's 6700XT. It wont match my build but he's giving it to me for a good deal. Was thinking about getting 3080 or Ti model but I want to see what Nvidia has for 4000 series. I know this case is overused but it is a great looking case plus I really wanted something short and had bottom mounted fans for fresh air to the graphics card. Custom lighting setup on iCue. Tried to replicate the lighting iCue does when on the start menu of Ghostrunner.

Since my last update, I was able to buy a GTX 1080 from a friend's cousin. It has been great for my VR headset. I also recently bought a 980 Pro for my PCIE 4.0 M.2 slot. I do plan on switching to the 4000D Airflow in the near future. 980 Pro bathed in RGB light

I got my H100i Platinum SE today. It's looking damn sharp now. Really wish I could get my hands on a Gigabyte Vision 3070 to add a bit more white to the build.

Hello, everyone! I recently built my second rig. My first rig was sold due to not using it often, not having friends to play with on steam (F), and I had a Blade 15" 2015 to get me by with school and stuff. Well, my Blade has bit the bullet. Thermals were super high and my battery was crapping out. I couldn't stay in a Zoom call for long. I was thinking about getting another laptop but swore that off. I also thought about buying a prebuilt but really wanted to build another rig. My build use to have a R5 3600, because the 5600X wasn't in stock. I also had the Gigabyte GT 710 (OOF) cause I needed some kind of graphics card. I do want to upgrade the cooler from the Wraith stealth cooler to a H100i RGB Platinum SE and to a GTX 3070 (when prices normalize. Damn you scalpers and COVID) These are the specs of the current build- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X Video Card: Aorus GTX 1060 6GB RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2X8GB) 3600 MHz MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 1TB, 240 GB Lite On HDD: 4TB Seagate Barracuda Compute PSU - NZXT C650 650W Fully Modular Case: NZXT H510 I had decided to build even though I didnt have my GT 710 yet. I picked up some LL120s cause you know; RGB Vomit When I upgraded from the 3600 to 5600X "Shameful Display" GT 710 I was able to get my hands on a Aorus GTX 1060 6GB by buying an old rig, for my family, off of OfferUp. Much better Its looking pretty slick now.

I'd wait to see what the 1080Ti is going to offer at GDC on Tuesday. Probably near Titan X performance for quite a bit less. Also AMD with Vega might have something pretty powerful unveiled at GDC.

You'll have 2 more cores, 12 more PCIe lanes and an extra 1080. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3dryZ8 I also did a Ryzen build with the 1700X. Its a lil cheaper than the X99 platform and Ryzen seems to be abit better than Intel's X99 platform. But I'd wait to see the reviews on Ryzen when the embargo lifts in a few days. Also since the 1080Ti looks to be announced on Tuesday at GDC. I'd recommend waiting to see if it might be worth picking up one of those or even AMD's VEGA lineup which is speculated to be announced at GDC as well.
