oh snap! just checked. it is true apparently.

  2. @assadandre i would recommend a 2060 super atleast or upto 2070 super if your budget allows, that cpu might be old but it's a still 6 core beast which can accommodate even some fo the high tier GPUs
  3. doesn't make any sense, he already has a 6 core i7 extreme that would technically be a downgrade
  4. i wondering what will happen in prime summer, just now my cpu is reaching 72c while rendering video and i am really worried when weather gets really hot in few weeks it would easily get 80c or even more without AC, it's really a concern because rn i don't even require fan so this does seem quite high temp considering the ambient temp.

upto 90 degrees Celsius is okay for any silicon based processors according to an internal expert interview i saw, beyond that the silicon tubes & channels within starts evaporating & the permanent damage starts happening .

  5. shouldn't be an issue if it's usb 3
  6. Corona Virus is one of the most tragic thing that happened to humans in last century

  7. one of my friend has same processor and gpu and most newer titles are fine for him at 4k high if not ultra
  8. nobody seems interested in buying my old karbonn phone :(

  9. looks alot like rtx cooler from i can see on the top side
  10. 3-pin fans don't have PWM like 4-pin ones so it's normal for them to run at full speed all the time no matter how much the load is, that's how they are supposed to work.

i dunno, i have to look, but i literally changed my battery just a few days back after nearly 5 years of use, compare that to the usual 1-2 years replace cycle. i use this brutal 40-80 method since i got the phone & it has really worked perfectly throughout & kept the battery in a rich performing condition up until now.

    pc over kill?

huh, aren't games supposed to have highest fps possible unless you turn on v-sync? isn't that the purpose of high refresh rate monitors? So many people play esports titles such as CS GO, Rocket League etc. in low settings to get the best fps possible for minimal latency and being much more competitive
  13. modern dual cores (especially the ones with HT) are not that bad compared to older quadcore CPUs, my brother's i3 6100 is only 7% slower than my i5 3470 according to userbenchmark

lol modern is an interesting way to put a 4-5 year old chip.

meh 90% of the world.  it would make sense if you look at it it from the perspective of a persons "need & greed". always the behavior is to satisfy just that.

  15. how much ram? 16gb? i think you forgot to mention that
  16. i don't understand why cable matters for ethernet but not hdmi or dp

    1. CircleTech

      CircleTech

Ethernet cables are designed to travel long distances while HDMI and DP rarely do. DP and HDMI signals would suddenly start to matter if you wanted to operate a monitor on the other side of a building as LMG has done before.

HDMI cables matter I believe when it comes to 1.4 and 2.

  17. i had a similar experience, first time i RMA'd my gpu they gave me a refurbished one which had stability issue having micro stuttering in games which i initially didn't bother with but after 1 year i though of RMA'ing it again then again it was not a proper replacement as after a little while in certain games monitor would lose signal showed input not supported error and finally back in late 2018 i had to get it replaced thrice on trot before they finally gave me a proper brand new replacement which also after few months started having jagged edges and flickering textures issue in many games.
  18. quite enjoying playing world of tanks blitz, destroyed 6 tanks in 3 games (2 tanks each). First one was a draw as 1 player remained alive from both teams, i could have killed him if i had realized i was hitting a dead tank because i wasn't aware it shows sign and name in red over the tank even after dying although next two games were won by my team and i had a major contribution in that.

  19. it's ok my fucking 750 ti can't give satisfactory performance in newer games but my bigger issue is, the ridiculous jagged edges which ruin the whole experience :/

  20. hopefully they accept my replacement request otherwise i will be in a huge mess
  21. and the nonsense of repeated no. continues -_-
