Can confirm that Office 2003 works on Windows 10 (x64). Word, Excel, PowerPoint. I cannot confirm Access, Outlook though.

Have you enabled the Mic in Windows 10 privacy settings? It affects ALL programs now:

I put a clean band aid over mine, this way the soft pad covers the camera and doesn't damage it, and the sticky part doesn't leave a residue if I ever take it off. I could give a crap if someone sees me naked. Its more about them seeing me in sub-par quality that makes it worth covering up.

Now that Tunnelbear is a U.S. based company it has to conform with 'information requests' from the federal government. Then when they tell them 'lol m8 we don't keep logs' they will change their policy or they are going to have to deal with being harassed by them. The whole use tax thing is stupid. I expect to be boned by every purchase I make, if a website doesn't add it automatically I'm not going to think in my head. "I better make sure the government is getting more from me than what they take out of my paycheck." All online shopping sites should be made accountable, us non-business people don't got time for this type of dumb. Nothing is getting better from taxes, its just paying the ding-a-lings with inflated egos over at sit and get rich quick by doing nothing all day hall.

If photographers don't want their ultra high-res photos downloaded, they should have their site setup better to prevent Google from web-crawling it.

I didn't go to college and make $25k a year. I just got some certifications and volunteered in my field while I still lived with Mom. Trade school is cheaper than college and some places will substitute a degree for experience. I'm not living the rich mans life, but I have little to no stress, no difficulty paying bills, and I didn't waste thousands of dollars on classes that had nothing to do with my field. I've met plenty of people that have a 4 year degree and they can't grasp how to do their job properly or do basic problem solving.

College is just like owning a house. You don't buy expensive cars you can't afford, you buy 'clunkers' and use them until they break. You don't buy an expensive PC, you build one and only buy what you need, not what you want and it suddenly isn't as expensive. You don't go out to eat, you stay at home an cook, you pack your lunch. Paying to go out to eat once can usually feed you during lunch and breakfast for a week or more if you bought groceries. Movies, video games, electronics are a big no. You can always see a movie in the future when you aren't drowning in debt, you can buy a video game later and it will be cheaper, and everything in electronics will always be better in the future so why waste the money now when you don't have it?

I don't know which Microcenter people are complaining about high prices is, but the one near me is pretty average and NOTHING beats their return policy.

Easy ways to tell if someone has a gaming addiction:
Are age 24 or older. Doesn't have a job or only minimum wage. Stays up all night and sleeps all day. Doesn't understand why helping in video games isn't enough to cover rent. Problems with trying to rehabilitate someone with a gaming addiction:
Killing dragons is always going to be more fun than any job ever. Their circadian rhythm is going to have a difficult time with the 9-5 work week. They are used to an instant reward for their work. Their broke/usually don't have a drivers license which means they have to be driven everywhere for everything if you try to help them.

My friend mined back when Bitcoin first started. Now he has 100k (USD) worth of them. No job, no career, no ambition to do anything. When he runs out, he is going to be homeless.
 
I wish I had the mind back then to do that. My house would be paid off and I'd be living like a king before the age of 25.
