Okay, so this is a curious little motor...
The Copel Bonito is a Japanese knock-off of a Vanden Plas Princess (BMC ADO16) and uses the Nissan Micra K11 as it's base.

any defender lovers here?? I've got a 1985 90, sat on a new chassis, new wings, bonnet, bulkhead, doors, rear door, side panels, both bumpers, all new axles, brakes and suspension as well as rebuilt engine and gearbox.. basically the tub and roof are original. built the exterior and interior to 2016 tdci spec. but all the simplicity of an era before ECUs under the hood! next in line is either a big dirty v8... or its going electric!

TL;DR: your RAM is running as it should now.
More info:
Mhz = millions of ticks per second.
DDR = Dual data rate
Your RAM runs at 1333 millions ticks per second, it's just that every tick the RAM can transfer two things, which results in 2666 millions of transfers per second, MT/s.
RAM advertised as "2666Mhz" actually runs at 1333Mhz, with 2666MT/s.
Memory advertising companies and your motherboard report back the 2666MT/s as "2666Mhz"
Software (like your OS and CPU-Z) report it back correctly; as 1333Mhz.

1333MHz is the actual frequency, while 2666MHz (or rather MT/s) is the effective speed, hence the name DDR - Double Data Rate.
Pretty odd that Task Manager is showing it as that, but there's nothing wrong with it.

Double data rate (DDR) will almost always list half the rated speed since it doubles it.

Never posted my car here, but say hello to the largest v8 ever put in a sedan (8.2L):
Only pic I have of the engine bay from a few months ago.
Don't 100% know how many miles she has since the odometer stopped working. My estimates put it at about 225,000 from maintenance records of the previous owner.

And on top of this, do you seriously think Intel would RMA a fucking delidded CPU? Unbelievable.
