Probably fine. You are probably not losing more then like 5% performance.

Yup if no extra data troughput is needed it swaps to lower bandwith for power and bandwith saving.

    As for 3.0 x8 it's fine the 3070 doesn't show a performance difference between 3.0 x8 and x16

i suggest stressing that with prime95 small(est) ffts to actually make sure its stable

id consider that an undervolt and an oc since it seems like you are going 100mhz above stock boost but at lower volts. You may have a good chip so if you ever need more performance i guess theres a decent amount of headroom in that cpu, dont be conservative with volts cause that ruins oc but thats if you are doing a performance focused oc (max 1.45v), an efficiency focused one you want to run the highest speed at the lowest volt aka just below diminishing returns zone which it seems like your cpu is at with this oc, though you may be able to squeeze a little more while keeping it efficient

There will be no problems with your cpu.

Think of those leds as a progress bar in the initialization. If the BIOS gets stuck at something, the led remains on and that's how you know there's an isssue.
As the BIOS properly detects and initializes everything, the leds turns off, so everything is good.

That is working as intended, It will boost a single core to max boost it can to do the task as quickly as possible and then save more energy. This is working as intended.

Your overclock is actually a undervolted oc which means that at max load it will consume less than the 4.3ghz all core on auto boost would. Basically you got a good cpu that can do this as this is not guaranteed.

Powerdraw in full load is less but will be noticeably more at idle. Since the cpu stays high in clocks.

As for life expectancy. No problem you are well within it's voltage limit and it will long outlive it'se usefulness.

In my case I have experienced 0 problems with my 3600 that is overclocked and undervolted.

However... my 5700 (XT Bios) gives me headaches sometimes. Nothing to be worried but, atleast once or twice every two months I have to restart my PC because the GPU decides to stop giving image to the monitor.

But well, once every two months and solved with a restart and in change I get:

Easy OC/UV options in Radeon Software
    AMD Link
And a GPU that performs as well as the competition but for 120€ less hahaha

But If you want to stay trouble-free dont go Radeon

The CPU memory controller is the issue

Motherboard Im 99% positive isnt.  While BIOS updates brings more BOARD compatibility (the motherboards memory controller), the cpu memory controller threshold is, and always will be - 2666mhz for this CPU.

Its running at its default DDR4 stock speed.

You have to go to BIOS, an activate the XMP / DOCP Profile for your rams.

Its DOUBLE-DATA-Rate, so Speccy will give you half the speed. In this case its running at 2666MHz which is stock DDR4 speed. Your RAM needs DOCP / XMP profile to be activated to achive the 3600MHz. And speccy will show you that is running at ~1800MHz.

Ryzen 1st gen is very picky when it comes to RAM. manually lower the speed 1 or 2 steps and see if it gets more stable then.

An X470 with Athlon is overkill. Save the money and go for a 3200G or 3400G
PLEASE DO NOT PAY $200 FOR THAT CPU. At max pay $120. That CPU should usually be around $80 but with prices inflated and stock limited, everything has gone up.
If you can, I would highly recommend waiting until the new year to build. If you can wait for prices to go down, go for something like this. It is just the CPU which you should wait for. It is out of stock at $99 rn but hopefully not for too much longer.

Trying to find a substitute for the GTX 1650 for a budget gaming build. Very much like the setup from your $500 build.
I am finding no supply available out there.  Is there anything decent available for under $200?
