    if your pc is on a desk and not on the ground your totally fine and actually you have really good air flow. i cant tell you is negative or positive is good yet until luke ends that 1 year pc case fan thing. but i personally think positive is good.

    make sure all your connetions are good and give it some time to rest its not good if you keep on doing that over and over again

    500w is more than enough. That system will use about 200w under load(probably less).

    500W is good. Zotac recommends a 400W power supply for the GTX 1060 so you're good.
