  1. Yes, you'll have to install the program on each computer you use, to transfer those +250 path characters files/folders. Yes it's safer to eject, before unplugging. You can have real issues if you unplug and there is data being red or written to it. Linus did a video on this. You can try to restart explorer.exe, and see if you can eject after that.

    Raiding question

What is the brand of the NAS ? Synology has their own RAID system that work pretty well (SHR).
  3. Here's a simple software Ultracopier (link). You install it, and it replaces the Windows transfer utility. It handles without any problems paths with more than 250 characters.

    RTX and geforce experience

A Nvidia graphics card should work fine without the Geforce Experience. What is your power supply and CPU ? Did you try the card in an other computer ?

    Grounded case

Is your PSU plugged into a correctly grounded power socket ?

    Laptop/PC as capture device?

You have some on Aliexpress (link), at around 60$. But I personally wouldn't trust these capture devices.

    Laptop/PC as capture device?

USB-C on a monitor can input video, but not on a desktop/laptop, where it's only output (and not every USB-C outputs video). You'll need a capture card, like this one (link), from Elgato.

    Cpu start smelling burnt

What is the brand and model of the motherboard ? What is the model of the CPU ?

    A good 144hz

From the same brand, you have the AOC 24" C24G1, that uses a VA panel and is also a 1080p@144hz monitor. Here's a review (link).
  10. This. Windows 10 detects the new hardware and goes through a preparation before booting. You'll still need to look at the drivers and maybe update some.

    CPU compatibility

If you are lucky, the BIOS is already up to date, from factory. If it isn't up to date, you don't have lots of options : Find a supported CPU (lent or buy a cheap one) and update the BIOS. Go to a local repair shop and make them update the BIOS (you'll have to pay them).

Windows Update Error - Help please!!

Try to download and install it offline. You can download it from Microsoft here (link). Sometimes, you get more useful errors when you use the standalone installer.

how to improve 1070 fe temps

These "cheap" EK watercooling kits exist. CPU + GPU cooling loop with a 240mm radiator - 250€ (link) CPU + GPU cooling loop with a 360mm radiator - 290€ (link) Yes, they are the price of a second hand GTX1070, but they watercool your CPU and GPU. It's worth considering, if you ever thought of watercooling.

how to improve 1070 fe temps

It's a Founders Edition, so you could easily watercool it. Or you could change the fan, like Linus did :
