Hi. Last summer I put together my 1st rig, and i'm thinking about liquid cool it this coming summer, for fun and experience mostly because I think air coolers are sufficient enough in my case. My motherboard has 2 separated heatsinks for the vrm and the chipset, can i install waterblock for the vrm only? because the bigger heatsink for the chipset has asus rgb led on it which I think looks cool and i just don't want to replace that. This is gonna be my 1st time liquid cool, i'm quite excited, can't wait for summer to come, haha. Thanks a lot.

Hey everybody, finally saved enough money for 2 titans and a monitor, i'm torn between the 2560-1440p TN 1ms panel monitor and the 3440-1440 IPS 5ms, is that 4ms difference refresh rate noticeable when gaming?, the purpose of this monitor is for gaming only i don't do anything else with this literally, so IPS 5ms 100hz better pic quality vs TN 1ms 144hz which one would you get?
