  1. Unplugged, removed battery and bridged the two pins to reset for a solid 30 seconds to make sure. Flashed bios after but same result with both versions

  3. Just taken apart my previous system as I am upgrading now, psu has been running completely fine I have a corsair RM650X. Have my 24 pin and 8 pin plugged in fine.
  4. Yep, had 3 sata and one m.2 sata installed originally, removed all of them and tried again with no luck. I haven't seen a single forum post with the same situation in terms of leds so I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.
  5. Recently bought a 3600xt as an upgrade but no getting a post. When powered up the CPU, VGA and BOOT leds turn a solid red and the DRAM led stays off, leaving the system running doesn't change the leds at all. Have tried two different models of memory and 2 gpus, all components I have used in previous builds and I am certain work. Have flashed bios to latest non-beta version too. Booting the system with no cpu results in only a cpu LED, bought this motherboard to avoid problem with cpu.
  6. Nope, i've bought around 5 licenses already from them with no problem, plus Paul recommends them.
  7. I would get ryzen 7, to allow for more cores and better future-proofing, and definitely buy your windows 10 license form kinguin or other reliable windows key distributors for cheaper
  8. Looks pretty good, but would really benefit from even a cheap ssd.
  9. Yeah, I know that now, but I need to use it as it is the only way to control the mobo leds. I have managed to install all the other apps it recommends in the update, including SIV, but it doesn't include Ambient LED for some reason. Love the mobo but the software is terrible. Like the GIF btw.
  10. Hi all, After installing the latest version of app center from gigabyte, and then trying to install Ambient LED for my z1z0 gaming k3 mobo, I get the message "Please update app center to spec 2" halfway through the installation. Thinking i might have downloaded an older version by mistake, I installed app center from my motherboards page and the main gigabyte link, but both seem to be the same version. Installing all the updates through app center itself doesn't resolve the issue either. A quick google search doesn't seem to bring any solutions too. Any Ideas?
  11. I have a old h80i v2 that I was planning on using with a kraken g10 or g12 to reduce temps on my xfx 390, and wondered if anyone has had any luck using one. I know the old h80i isn't asetek but the v2 is, yet haven't seen any successful attempts with the g10 yet. All replies welcome.
  12. This sums up the above thread pretty good @Stevoisboss, and is your best bet, a 580, 2tb hdd and ssd, and cheap windows.
  13. Try all the display output types, HDMI, DVI, Displayport, also, if you have an old graphics card, it may not support a display type than can handle 144hz.
  14. that is actually a good in the middle for intel, but you could just get the 1800x for that price, you do you, but if you want to stream as well you arent going to get the same gaming performance as a 7700k no matter what you spend
