  1. Hi, managed to fix it. I think that unistalling MSI afterburner, turning off link state power management limit for PCI-e in the control panel fixed it. Immediately after doing so my computer was buggy for a while, but I found some windows updates that fixed everything.
  2. No luck, tried rolling back, installing WHQL drivers, still have to reinstall drivers to play anything.
  3. Hi, recently, I believe after the most recent nVidia driver update, I have experienced crashing when games are launched. For example, in battlefield one, I will be able to browse the menus without issue, but whenever I launch a game it will crash. Such is the same with every other game I have tried. If I enter GeForce Experience and reinstall the drivers, I will be able to play games with no problem until I turn off my PC and the cycle continues. Does anyone have any idea how I'd solve this? Thank you in advance. 4. Razer stealth sounds cool. A portable machine is something I haven't had for 7 years or so, but the ability to code and make notes on the go would be nice.
  5. Thomas Tallis, purely because I really can't be bothered to find new friends and such, same as you
  6. I'm with you on starting A levels tomorrow, as to what to do dealing with them as long as you dont stress too much it should be fine
  7. Corsair Vengeance Pro is about 44mm, but I don't know the maximum height of RAM for that heatsink.
  8. this is a bit over your budget but I think this is pretty good http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vnqzFT was featured on the pcpartpicker front page.
  9. Yeah that's what I had thought, I think the port must have killed my mouse. It's a pain though because now I'm going to have to splash out another 70 on another mouse if I can't find the proof of purchase.
  10. For some reason when I moved my Naga, it disconnected, and shortly after would reconnect and work for about 15 seconds before the same thing happened again. I tried other mice which worked, and decided to go into the device manager where I found there was something along the lines of "old drivers" conflicting with the new ones. I tested the mouse on another PC and it worked fine, and then upon reconnecting it several more times it just went dead. Now when I plug it in it's not even detected by either of the PCs. Since I got it relatively recently, should I try for RMA or is there anything else I can try?
  11. The two major cases I think are the Corsair 350D and the Fractal Design Arc Mini R2. I have the 350D which does come at a premium price, but the features and design are worth it in my opinion. But I hear the Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 is quite good for the price also. Its down to opinion really, and both have windows.
  12. I have the EVO and its pretty good but I think the Corsair Force or something is one of the fastest.
  13. I would agree in saying that a GTX 770 would be a better choice should it be in your price range.
  14. R9 280x, unless you really want the games then it would make sense to get them for free.
