yay my old MDR-1000X headset is fixed! i taped it together at first but that didn't last long. my dad has glued it together with some plastic bonder stuff he has in his workshop, and now i can use it again. 

i'm really happy about that because now i can take it on the road and keep my WH-1000X M3 safe at my desk setup so nothing happens to it.
