i'm having fun restoring all my old Mac's to a usable state again. this evening i put an ssd in my Mac Mini (it had a slow gross 500gb 5400rpm drive in it before) and it really flies. it's a bit stuttery on animations but like, i have a GMA 950. it is dualbooted with OSX 10.5 which is a lot smoother, but that will run on an 867mhz G4 so... 

regardless i'm not sure what i'll be doing with this now that i've restored it, it'll probably be a machine i'll use for quick internet browsing, maybe some basic photo editing, that kinda thing. it is definitely still powerful enough for everyday tasks, a core 2 duo isn't bad for just web browsing so.. 

i might put linux on here at some point but currently i don't need to yet.
