ok I can officially blame Microsoft for the gpu driver issues I had. I just installed 1909 on my machine, and the drivers installed first try, no problems at all. I'm gonna stick with 1909 until 2009 gets released and then maybe I'll put 2004 on it but we'll see. I'm gonna stay a version behind from now on.
