    Have you tried resetting BIOS settings/clearing CMOS, to see what happens? Do that first. Then, do the other steps that I sent to you...

    @TopHatProductions115 lmao i know. if i can't get the second CPU to work i'll buy another board and give this one to my brother. he only games so one Xeon is plenty for him :)
