wow i'm impressed. i'm cpu folding on my dual X5650's, and even at 100% usage web browsing still feels fine for some reason....

    Just the extra cores doing what they should :) More cores makes it harder to get stuffed when doing multitasking :D No matter the OS, @DrMacintosh - the same computer science principles still apply (pertaining to multi-threading)...

    Well usually Windows relies far less on RAM and prefers to load everything as needed, resulting in a slower computing experience under load ?‍♂️

    @DrMacintosh yep it’s Windows 8.1. But chrome was already open. I basically never turn my system off. It’s either on or in hibernation mode.

    also @DrMacintosh what you siad is generally true in my experience, but my pc has 48gb of ram. so it never really has issues as far as ram management is concerned.
