  1. I have a complaint against SecretLab. I bought one of their Titan Evos 5 years ago, but after aboat a year the armrest started developing cracks and holes. After contacting their support they said this is normal wear and tear and wouldn't provide any support for it but I wasn't using it in any extreme way and I had the product for a very short time at that point when the issue started. They never resolved my issue and I just dealt with it. The bigger issue I have is that even today the chairs still have this defect on the armrests and they havent fixed it and its been 5 years. Many people are complaining about it online and are experiencing the same issue. The armrests are designed poorly and they shouldn't be degrading this much and this quick. I attatched photos of my wrist rests and other people online complaining.
  2. Theres not really any scans you could do to see what needs an upgrade. Based on your specs you might want more ram or a better GPU, but right now is a pretty bad time to buy gpus. However, if you don't have any problems with your pc you don't really need to upgrade. If your running low on ram, get a ram upgrade. If your running low on storage, get another ssd or another hard drive. If your getting low fps, might want to upgrade the gpu/cpu. If you want your pc to look better you would have to buy another case and move your parts to that because you can't get a seperate tempered glass side panel on prebuilts like that. For RGB, I don't see why your rgb pins would be cut off, maybe you never had any to begin with? You can however buy led light kits on amazon that don't need to connect to your motherboad or rgb fans which don't need the rgb pins on your motherboard.
  3. You can try running memtest86 on your pc which should rule out memory issues. Make sure its testing both memory sticks though(you can tell by how many gigs of ram it says your system has).
  4. I just bought this motherboard, but I now realize it only has 1 full length pcie slot. Would this be a problem for future upgradability. What devices other than a gpu even need a full length slot? Thank you. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B089D1YG11/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?psc=1
  5. Reinstalled windows for a different reason, but nnow most of my ram is hardware reserved. I have 16 gb and 8.1 of it is hardware reserved. How can I fix it?
  6. Only thing that I swapped is the PSU. Old PSU is Seasonic M12II Evo 620 watt. New PSU is Seasonic Focus GX 750 watt. Other parts are Ryzen 5 1600 Gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 motherboard 2x8 G.Skill 2666 ripjaws ram XFX XXX Rx 580 8g 960 evo 500 gb and seagate 2 tb hdd
  7. To get my drivers working again after a crash I have to reinstall them. I have also tried reinstalling windows and switching the slot the gpu is in, resetting the cmos, ddu.
  8. I used to have an error where my pc would crash randomly in the middle of games screen would go black and restart. Now the error has gotten worse and my pc crashes whenever I start games. After I start the games the screen goes black and the computer clearly crashed and keyboard isn't responding, but the pc doesnt restart and I have to turn it off with the power button. Now when I start windows back up my gpu drivers do not load and it uses the generic microsoft ones. When I open radeon settings it gives me an error (attatched). I used to get a different error (pa 300 error, also attatched). I tried switching the PSU with the new one and the issue persists.I have a seasonic m12II evo 620 watt.
  9. I want a small wireless mouse for college. I am thinking of getting the g305. However I heard it is loud. I don't want to be in class annoying everyone with my mouse clicking. If you have a g305 how loud is it?
  10. Maybe the computer is trying to boot to the old drive that doesn't have windows on it anymore. You will have to go into the bios and in boot order/priority you are going to have to select windows boot manager ( drive name ). If you can't access the bios, then try clearing the cmos. To acess the bios spam del when you turn on your computer.
  11. I just realized you might not have it. If you have a laptop your probably have it. If you have a pc and not a crazy motherboard, you probably don't. If you tell me your specs I could help you out. Anyways, you can get a bluetooth adapter from amazon for under 20 dollars. It's going to be the only way to connect to the headphones. Your phone also uses bluetooth, even if you connect to the headphones through an app. There isn't any pair of headphones that I know of that connects to windows pc through an app.
  12. Why would you need an app? Just use bluetooth.
  13. I don't think specs are a great way to choose games; you should find games you like and see if you can run them. Steam refunds can be a great asset especially so you can refund if it doesnt run. You can play tons of games just not very graphics intensive 3d triple A games. Some games that I personally really like are Civ 5/6 (I prefer 5), cs:go (its free try running it), cuphead, rocket league, Terraria, the escapists, Stardew Valley, Hearthstone. Overwatch is one of my favorites and its pretty well optimized you might be able to run it at like 720p. Theres also Dont starve and oxygen not included. You can also play tons of indie games. If I had to choose 2 games out of my list, they would be stardew valley and terraria. You can easily run both of them, they both have many many hours of content, and stardew valley is heavily a story game. Just saying, from personal experience, stardew might not seem too great and you might think its not your type of game, but it is a masterpiece, and tons of people who roasted it (myself included) ended up loving the game. Easily top 5 of my favorite games for me. Terraria is also a great game. It is very fun with friends and has a crazy amount of content and items to discover. Theres also tons of mods.
  14. I've used one a couple times never with something like headphones. Should probably get better at using them though especailly considering im going into electrical/computer engineering though.
