  1. Hey, I have been planning to upgrade the 6gb ram in my Dell Laptop N w/ i5 to its max of 8gb @ a higher speed of course. As you know currently ram is at an astronomically high price (used @ $15 ea and new @ $43ea). Would it be a good idea to buy used ram instead or wait for it to drop to something much lower (like I was hoping)? What are the risks when buying used? Also, are there any reliable programs out there that can tell me exactly what ram will work with my computer and the best I can get? Link to the part I thought would work: https://goo.gl/CTPaah
  2. I have been running my Inspiron 15R N5110, core 15 2430M - 2.40GHz with 6GB (slot 1: 2gb, slot 2: 4gb) of DDR3 PC3 - 10600 (1333Mhz). I am looking to not only upgrade the 2gb stick to a 4gb but increase both (replace them) to a higher speed. The CPU is only compatible with 1066Mhz and 1333Mhz, according to ARK (intel). Is this possible? This is the ram I am looking at purchasing: Anything helps, please let me know asap, Thanks ~Phred7 Attached are the system details by CPU-Z Inspiron 15R N5110.txt
  3. I have an Inspiron N5110 with an Intel Core I5 and 6G RAM. I am looking to upgrade by increasing to 8G RAM and somehow adding a new graphics card. Currently, it has an integrated graphics card (or at least that is my understanding). Is there a way I can upgrade this card or get a brand new card and use it externally like I have seen in one or more of Linus's video on youtube? I am hoping to do this if possible at a relatively inexpensive price. If you have any questions, comments or ideas please let me know.
